Kranthi Kumar is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and people-development enthusiast driven by a passion for creating opportunities and empowering people to grow.
His journey began at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from JNTU and an MBA from Osmania University.
After his education, Kranthi started by empowering and mentoring youth, helping students and aspiring professionals explore career opportunities and build confidence.
He then entered the corporate world with Franchise India as a Territory Manager, where he worked with entrepreneurs and helped develop franchise opportunities for multiple brands. His journey continued with WhiteHat Jr, where he took on a national sales leadership role and gained extensive experience in education, technology, sales, team building, and people development.
Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, Kranthi eventually stepped out to build his own ventures. Over the years, he has explored and developed businesses across technology, consulting, education, career development, franchising, wellness, financial markets, and emerging technologies.
Today, as the Founder & CEO of BOTROCKZ, his vision is to build scalable businesses, develop strong teams, create meaningful opportunities, and empower individuals to build a better future.
